About Nova Legal Patents, Trade Marks and IP 

The Patents and Trade Marks division has been led by Lee Townsend since 2016 and has seen consistent growth each year under Lee’s leadership. The team focuses purely on Intellectual property recruitment both within the India, whether that be private practice or in-house.

The range of placements covers everything from entry-level up to Senior Equity Partner. The team pride themselves on having a consultative approach for both candidates and clients and believe their specialist in depth knowledge of the Intellectual property legal market is what makes them unique.

The team currently consists of Lee Townsend, who covers Patent and Trade Mark Attorney recruitment throughout the India. Antony Setford, a Principal Consultant, who covers all IP Solicitor recruitment and Support staff recruitment throughout the India. As well as Zach Daniels, a Business Administrator, supporting the team with a focus on resourcing candidates and team administration.
